What can go wrong with office cleaning
You hear about poor cleaning from your own employees
The toilets are dirty by the middle of the week, and the meeting room was not cleaned before a client meeting. The contractor does not check the work: your employees complain to you, and you are the one who calls the contractor and checks the cleaning.
The cleaners at your office keep changing
You are not told about the change in advance. Each new cleaner has to be told everything again: where the keys are, which rooms not to enter and what not to touch in the meeting room. Until the new cleaner learns the site, the office is less clean.
The cleaner does not arrive at the agreed time

How the service works at the client's site
Each site has an assigned supervisor
You contact the supervisor directly. The supervisor knows the site, visits it one to three times a month and is responsible for the result.
Each site has an assigned permanent cleaner
The same cleaner comes on every visit. During leave or illness a replacement cleaner comes, and the supervisor tells you in advance.
The schedule is fixed in the contract
The days and hours are written in the contract, and the time does not change without agreement.
Employee documents without a request
Under the law, the client may be held liable for violations of certain rights of the contractor's employees. We provide the documents confirming that our employees are employed lawfully without being asked.
How much office cleaning costs

The price depends on the number of cleaning hours: how long each visit lasts and how many visits there are per week. The larger the area, the longer the visit: an office of 200 m² usually takes 2–3 hours to clean.

The price includes paper, soap, rubbish bags and the necessary cleaning materials. The more visits per week, the lower the price per hour. A cleaner who comes several times a week knows the office routine: when meetings take place, when the lunch break is and when visitors arrive. The cleaner works without disturbing your staff, refills paper and soap before they run out and keeps the kitchen, toilets and meeting rooms ready for use throughout the week.

Between ILS 1,200 and ILS 17,820 per month before VAT. The price depends on two figures: how many hours each visit takes and how many visits there are per week. An office of 200 m² with three visits a week, two hours per visit, costs about ILS 2,100 per month.
Are paper, soap and rubbish bags included in the price
Yes. Paper, soap, rubbish bags and the necessary cleaning supplies are included in the contract price. Master Clean 2019 Ltd does not invoice these supplies separately. Some supplies are paid for separately. Their list is set according to the client's needs and is stated in the contract.
What happens if the cleaner is ill
A replacement worker comes, and the supervisor notifies the client in advance. The schedule is not postponed.
At what time of day is the cleaning done
At most sites, in the evening after the working day or early in the morning before it starts. The time is fixed in the contract and does not change without agreement. The days and hours are set according to the client's needs. We recommend cleaning after business hours so as not to disrupt the client's operations.

What happens after your request
- The account manager calculates the price and replies on WhatsApp.

- When the contract is signed, we carry out a deep clean, and regular cleaning starts after it.
- During the contract, once every six months, a periodic deep clean is carried out at no extra charge, under the terms of the contract. The terms are agreed with the account manager at the meeting.
