How much does office cleaning cost per month in Israel
Between ILS 1,200 and ILS 17,820 per month before VAT. The price depends on two figures: how many hours each visit takes and how many visits there are per week. An office of 200 m² with three visits a week, two hours per visit, costs about ILS 2,100 per month.

What makes up the price of office cleaning
The hourly cost of labour and the number of hours. The number of hours depends on how long each visit takes and on the number of visits per week. Floor area affects the price through hours: the larger the office, the longer the cleaning takes. The floor type, the number of toilets and whether there is a kitchen are also converted into hours.
Do you calculate the price per square metre or per hour
Per hour. Floor area is converted into hours during the site visit: for an office of 200 m² this is usually two to three hours per visit. A price per square metre does not allow offers to be compared, because different contractors allocate different amounts of time to the same square metre.
Why is the hourly cost lower when cleaning is more frequent
The reason is logistics: a permanent employee services several sites in the same area, and the travel cost is shared between them. For a one-off visit the client pays the full travel cost.
Is there a minimum site size
There is no minimum floor area. The minimum contract is one visit a week, from ILS 1,200 per month before VAT.
Are paper, soap and rubbish bags included in the price
Yes. Paper, soap, rubbish bags and the necessary cleaning supplies are included in the contract price. Master Clean 2019 Ltd does not invoice these supplies separately. Some supplies are paid for separately. Their list is set according to the client's needs and is stated in the contract.
Do your prices include VAT
No, all amounts are before VAT.
How and how often is payment made
Monthly, for the visits actually carried out. The terms are stated in the contract.
Do you offer deferred payment terms
Yes, credit terms are agreed individually when the contract is signed.
Is there a discount for a long-term contract
This is considered individually. The main reduction in the hourly cost comes from frequency, not from the length of the contract: the more visits per week, the lower the hourly price.
