Privacy policy
The website does not use cookies, has no forms that send data to the server and does not load content from third-party servers. The website server keeps technical access logs. If you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or e-mail, you do so on your own initiative, and the information in your message is used to reply to you.
This is an English translation of the Hebrew document. If the two versions differ, the Hebrew version applies.

What information the website collects
On each visit to the website, the server records in the access log the IP address, the page requested, the address of the page from which you arrived, the browser and operating system type, and the date and time.
The website does not use cookies, tracking tools or external analytics tools, and does not load fonts, images or scripts from third-party servers.
The fields in the enquiry block (city, type of premises, area, visits per week) are not sent to the website server. When you click the button, they are inserted into the text of a prepared WhatsApp message, and that text is passed to the WhatsApp service in the link address.
What the information is used for
The access logs are used to operate and secure the website and to count visits and traffic sources, including visits from search engines and from artificial intelligence systems.
The information is not used for advertising and is not disclosed to others for advertising purposes.
How long the information is kept
The access logs are kept for up to 12 months and are then deleted.
Contacting us by WhatsApp, telephone and e-mail
The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, in the app or in the browser, with a prepared message. The message is sent to us only if you tap «Send» in WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms, and its use is subject to the WhatsApp terms and privacy policy.
You are under no legal obligation to provide us with information, and providing it is voluntary. Without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry or prepare a price quote.
We use the information you provide in your enquiry (name, telephone number, the content of the message and details of the premises to be cleaned) to reply to you, arrange a site visit and prepare a price quote and a contract. We do not send advertising messages without separate consent.
To whom the information is disclosed
We do not sell information and do not disclose it to others, except to service providers through which the information passes to the extent required for operation (the website hosting provider, WhatsApp and the e-mail provider), and except where the law requires it.
WhatsApp and the e-mail provider may store the information on servers outside Israel.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you are entitled to inspect the information about you that we hold and, if it is not correct, complete, clear or up to date, to request that it be corrected or deleted.

Information security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the server logs is restricted to the persons who maintain the website.
