Cleaning services for businesses
Regular cleaning under an ongoing service contract for offices and office buildings, factories, warehouses, showrooms and clinics in central Israel. As separate services: post-renovation cleaning, window cleaning, cleaning after events and cleaning during an office move. When the contract is signed, a deep clean is carried out. During the contract, once every six months, a periodic deep clean is carried out at no extra charge, under the terms of the contract.
What tasks does regular office cleaning include
Wiping surfaces and workstations, floors, toilets, the kitchen, waste removal, preparing meeting rooms and refilling consumables. The full list of tasks is set in the contract by area.
- Dust: desks, surfaces, equipment, window sills
- Floors: dry and wet cleaning according to the floor type
- Toilets: washing, disinfection, refilling consumables
- Kitchenette and eating area: surfaces, sink, outside of appliances
- Rubbish: removal and replacement of bags
- Meeting rooms: preparation for the start of the day

Is deep cleaning included in the service
Yes. When the contract is signed, we carry out a deep clean. In addition, while the contract is in force, we carry out a periodic deep clean once every six months at no extra charge, under the terms of the contract. The terms are agreed with the account manager at a meeting.
Do you service industrial premises and warehouses
Yes, this is a separate line of work. The list of tasks, the supplies and the schedule differ from office cleaning and are adapted to the production cycle.
Do you service clinics and medical centres
Yes, the company services such sites. For them, the zoning of areas, the surface disinfection procedure and waste handling are set separately.
Do you carry out cleaning after renovation and construction
Yes, as a separate service. Post-construction cleaning consists of several stages and requires different equipment, so it is not limited to one visit.
Do you clean windows, and is this included in the contract
No, it is a separate service. It requires equipment for work at height and permits, so it is calculated and ordered separately.
Do you carry out cleaning after events
Yes, as a one-off order. Cleaning after an event with catering takes more time and is arranged separately.
Do you carry out cleaning when an office moves
Yes. This involves two types of work: preparing the new office and bringing the vacated office to the condition set in the lease.
Do you provide an office housekeeper service
Yes, as an additional service to cleaning. The cleaner is also responsible for keeping the kitchen in order and for restocking paper, other consumables, fruit, vegetables and milk. This way the company's secretary hands these tasks over to the cleaning company and has more time for office work.
Do you install air fresheners in the office
Yes, as needed: we install air fresheners, replace their refills and maintain them.
